TM 9-2350-277-20-4 REPLACE STEERING LOCK SOLENOID, BRACKET, LINKS, AND PINS (SOLENOID-ACTIVATED LOCK) — Continued 0428 00 11. Remove spring pin (16) from locking pin (2) and remove block (17). Discard spring pin. 12. Remove spring (18) from locking pin (2). NOTE Do not remove plunger from solenoid. 13. Loosen jam nut (19) and remove rod end (11) from solenoid (20). C A U T I O N Use care not to damage solenoid when clamping it or using tools on it. 14. Place bracket (6) in vice. Unscrew solenoid (20) from bracket (6). 15. Remove three spring pins (21) from bracket (6). Discard spring pins. 0428 00-4
