TM 9-2350-277-20-3 REPLACE UPPER AND LOWER SERVICE BRAKE PEDAL — Continued 0409 00 12. Install cable stop (10) on lower brake pedal lever (11) in driver’s compartment. Secure with new cotter pin (12), two washers (13), and clevis pin (14). 13. Install upper brake pedal (15) on lower brake pedal (16).
