TM 9-2350-277-20-3 ADJUST TRANSMISSION STEERING — Continued 0393 00 ADJUSTMENT WARNING Stop engine before making adjustment (see your -10). C A U T I O N Care must be taken to keep tools from falling into transmission during adjustment procedures. 1. Remove access plug (1) and preformed packing (2) from steering centering adjustment on left rear of transmission. Discard packing. NOTE Be careful not to turn adjusting screw when loosening jam nut. 2. Loosen jam nut (3) on adjusting screw (4). Use adjusting sleeve. 0393 00-3
