TM 9-2350-277-20-3 REPAIR BATTERY BOX (RIGHT SIDE) (M1064A3) — Continued 0354 00 INSTALLATION 1. Install channel divider (1) on battery box frame (2). Secure with two screws (3) and washers (4). TIGHTEN SCREWS TO 120-192 LB-IN (14-22 N m) TORQUE. 2. Place two latches (5) on side of battery box (6). Secure with four screws (7), washers (8), and new locknuts (9). 3. Install battery box (6) in carrier. Secure with four screws (10) and new lockwashers (11). 4. Install four new frame mounts (12) in battery box frame (2). 5. Position battery box frame (2) on battery box brackets (13). Secure with four screws (14) and eight washers (15). TIGHTEN SCREWS TO 96-120 LB-IN (11-14 N m.) TORQUE. FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS 1. Install batteries and retainers (WP 0349 00). 2. Install battery leads (WP 0344 00). 3. Install battery box cover/seat (see your -10). 4. Start engine (see your -10). 5. Raise and lock ramp (see your -10). 6. Stop engine (see your -10). END OF TASK 0354 00-3/4 blank
