TM 9-2350-277-20-3 REPLACE BATTERIES AND BATTERY BOX (M58 ONLY) — Continued 0348 00 DISASSEMBLY 1. Remove four nuts (1), screws (2), lockwashers (3), and washers (4) holding two hooks (5) on battery box (6). Discard lockwashers. 2. Remove two hooks (5). 3. Remove four nuts (7), screws (8), lockwashers (9), washers (10), two clamping catches (11), and spacers (12) from battery box (6). Discard lockwashers. 4. Remove four caps (13), grommets (14), and one grommet (15) from battery box (6). 5. Remove four neoprene gaskets (16) from battery box cover (17). 6. Using a drill or chisel, remove solid rivet (18) and catch strike (19) from battery box cover (17). 0348 00-5 Change Change 2
