Measure voltage between STE/ICE distribution box jack J2 (2), pins N (+)(3) and W (-) (4). 3. Does VTM read 0 volts? YES NO YN 1. Faulty W1 cable. Beyond unit maintenance repair. 2. Notify supervisor. 2Y 1. Remove harness 12354593 plug P1 (1) from STE/ICE distribution box jack J1 (2). 2. Measure resistance between harness 12354593 plug P1 (1), pins B (+) (3) and k (-) (4). 3. Does VTM read 0 volts? YES NO 2YN 1. Replace wiring harness 12354593 (WP 0882 00). 2. Verify no faults found. 0151 00-2
