TM 9-2350-277-20-1 STE/ICE TEST 68 STARTER MOTOR VOLTAGE DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLESHOOTING—Continued 0148 00 Y 1. Remove plug W1P2 (1) from STE/ICE distribution box jack J2 (2). 2. Measure voltage between STE/ICE distribution box jack J2 (2), pins W (3) and T (4). 3. Press START button for 2 to 4 seconds. 4. Does VTM read 0 volts? YES NO YN 1. Faulty W1 cable. Beyond unit maintenance repair. 2. Notify supervisor. 2Y 1. Remove harness 12354593 P1(1) from STE/ICE distribution box jack J1 (2). 2. Measure voltage between 12354593 plug P1 (1), pins K (+) (3) and k (-) (4). 3. Press START button for 2 to 4 seconds. 4. Does VTM read 0 volts? YES NO 2YN 1. Replace STE/ICE distribution box (WP 0874 00) thru (WP 0877 00). 2. Verify no faults found. 0148 00-2
