Measure resistance of circuit 17C between circuit breaker CB17, terminal 2 (1), and AC bus bar at CB9 (2) terminal 1. 3. Does multimeter read 0 ohms? YES NO 11YN 1. Replace lead 17C (WP 0828 00). 2. Verify no faults found. 12Y 1. Raise faceplate and secure with 10 new lockwashers and screws. 2. Verify no faults found. 0107 00-12
