Measure voltage between each socket on harness 12349813 jack (2) and ground. Multimeter should read 0 volts for sockets B (3), D (4), and H (5), and at least 18 volts for the remaining socket checks. 3. Does multimeter read more than 0 volts at sockets B (3), D (4), and H (5), or less than 18 volts at all remaining sockets? YES NO YN 1. Faulty harness 12349810 (transmission control wiring harness). Beyond unit maintenance repair. 2. Notify supervisor. 2Y 1. Turn MASTER SWITCH to OFF. 2. Install harness 12349810 plug on transmission jack. 3. Remove transmission controller (WP 0386 00 or WP 0387 00). 4. Measure resistance between transmission controller jack (1) pin M (2), and pins A thru G. Multimeter should read inﬁnity for pins B and D, and read 0 ohms for pins A, C, E, F, and G. 5. Does multimeter read less than inﬁnity for pins B and D, or more than 0 ohms for pins A, C, E, and G? YES NO 2YN 1. Install transmission controller (WP 0386 00 or WP 0387 00). 2. Faulty harness 12349813 (transmission wiring harness). Beyond unit maintenance repair. 3. Notify supervisor. 0069 00-2
