TM 9-2350-277-20-1 TRANSMISSION DOES NOT HOLD 1ST POSITION—Continued 0067 00 Y 1. Remove harness 12349810 plug (1) from harness 12349813 jack (2) at carrier bulkhead. 2. Measure voltage between each socket on harness 12349813 jack (2) and ground. Multimeter should read 18 volts or more for sockets A (3), C (4), E (5), J (6), and 0 volts for the remaining socket checks. 3. Does multimeter read less than 18 volts at sockets A (3), C (4), E (5), and J (6), or more than 0 volts at all remaining sockets? YES NO YN 1. Faulty harness 12349810 (transmission control wiring harness). Beyond unit maintenance repair. 2. Notify supervisor. 2Y 1. Turn MASTER SWITCH to OFF. See your –10. 2. Install harness 12349810 plug on transmission jack. 3. Remove transmission controller (WP 0386 00) or (WP 0387 00). 4. Measure resistance between transmission controller jack (1) pin M (2) and pins A thru G. Multimeter should read 0 ohms for pins A, C, and E, and infinity for all remaining pin checks. 5. Does multimeter read more than 0 ohms for pins A, C, and E, or less than infinity for all remaining pins? YES NO 2YN 1. Install transmission controller (WP 0386 00) or (WP 0387 00). 2. Faulty harness 12349813 (transmission wiring harness). Beyond unit maintenance repair. 3. Notify supervisor. 0067 00-2
