Locking pin is provided to secure hook and prevent accidental release of hatch cover. Stored in block to prevent getting lost. KEY BLOCK To secure commander’s hatch cover open, the locking pin ensures it stays locked. Stores locking pin when commander’s hatch cover is closed. Table 40.
