In Sensor position, selects sensor video in DVE. In EXT position, selects an external video input. MANUAL WIPER CONTROL POWER ON/OFF SWITCH SENSOR GAIN POLARITY WHT-HOT/ BLK-HOT SENSOR LEVEL - MANUAL OR AUTO Dual-action controls for choice of video dynamic range control - Automatic (full CCW detent position) OR Manual (CW out of detent position). SENSOR CONTROLS Applies power to DVE when set to ON (up position). When power is applied, LED power indicator is illuminated. Increases background lighting on display with clockwise (CW) rotation or control and decreases background lighting on display with counterclockwise (CCW) rotation of control. Reverses scene polarity. WHT-HOT (up position) displays hot objects as lighter than cooler objects. BLK-HOT (down position) displays hot objects as darker than cooler objects. DISPLAY BRIGHTNESS CONTROL VIDEO SENSOR/EXT SWITCH KEY DISPLAY BRIGHTNESS CONTROL VIDEO SENSOR/EXT SWITCH AZIMUTH CONTROL Reverses scene polarity. WHT-HOT (up position) displays hot objects as lighter than cooler objects. BLK-HOT (down position) displays hot objects as darker than cooler objects. In EXT position, selects an external video input. Knobs on both sides of DISPLAY MODULE and plunger on hold down assembly permit viewing angle adjustment of display. DISPLAY TILT CONTROLS HOLD DOWN BRACKET ASSEMBLY Increases background lighting on display with clockwise (CW) rotation or control and decreases background lighting on display with counterclockwise (CCW) rotation of control. Locks Head Mirror at 0 degrees azimuth position when AZIMUTH LOCK is released. Press AZIMUTH LOCK to unlock Head Mirror. AZIMUTH LOCK KNOB Rotates Head Mirror FOR ± 30 degrees. AZIMUTH CONTROL KEY AZIMUTH LOCK Locks Head Mirror at 0 degrees azimuth position when AZIMUTH LOCK is released. Press AZIMUTH LOCK to unlock Head Mirror. Adjusts Head Mirror elevation Field of Regard (FOR) +10 degrees. A single detent (handle full forward) is provided at level 0 degrees position to assist driver in returning to normal driving level position.
