Set AC MAIN circuit breaker CB1 to ON. See TM 11-7010-256-12&P. 3. Measure voltage between CB1 post 2 (1) and terminal block E4 post 1 (2). 4. Does multimeter read 110 volts AC or more? 11YN 1.
