Install minimum length (1 to 1-1/2 inches each) jumper wires (7) between pins (3), and insert pins into connector (1) as follows: 2-3 6-21 11-24 15-16 19-23 20-22 2. Leave pins out of positions 1, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 17, 18, and 25. CAUTION The inverter under test may be damaged if plug connections are not exactly as specified or if wires are shorted to the shell/other wires. Make sure wires are not pinched by the connector shell. 3. Position two captive screws (6) in the ears of shell (2). Install shell over connector (1) and secure with two screws (5) and nuts (4). 4. Fill opening at the rear of shell (2) with sealant (8). 5. Purpose of plug is to fault isolate the inverters to determine which one has failed. 0781 00-2
