TM 9-2350-261-20-4 REPAIR FLAME DETECTOR SWITCH — Continued 0637 00 DISASSEMBLY 1. Remove nut (1), washer (2), and adjusting screw (3) from mount (4) and housing (5). Clean off old cement from screw (3) and mount (4). 2. Remove two nuts (6), washers (7) and (8), and screws (9) from switch (10). Remove switch from mount (4). 3. Remove housing (5) and bow spring (11). 4. Turn housing (5) over. Carefully slide ceramic rod (12) from housing. CLEAN, INSPECT, AND REPAIR 1. Inspect ceramic rod. If rod is chipped, cracked, or broken, install a new rod. 2. Inspect housing. If housing is bent or cracked, install a new switch. 0637 00-2
