TM 9-2350-261-20-4 REPLACE CHEMICAL AGENT WIRING HARNESS (M113A2 ONLY) — Continued 0776 00 REMOVAL 1. Remove four screws (1) and washers (2) from hull and bracket (3). 2. Disconnect and tag four leads (4) of extension harness (5) from four leads (6) of main harness (7). NOTE If extension harness only is being replaced, go to REMOVAL Step 9 and INSTALLATION Step 9. 3. Slide four shells (8) back on leads (6). Remove four slotted washers (9) and shells (8) from four leads (6) and contacts (10). 4. Remove coupling nut (11), spring washer (12), packing (13), and rubber bushing (14) from main harness (7) and bushing (15). 5. Remove locknut (16) , lockwasher (17), washer (18), and washer insulator (19) from main harness (7) and bushing (15). Discard locknut and lockwasher. 6. Remove locknut (20), lockwasher (21), washer (22), and bushing (15) from hull and main harness (7). Remove and discard locknut and lockwasher from bushing. 7. Disconnect main harness (7) from distribution box (23). 8. Remove clip (24) and main harness (7) from cradle (25). 9. Remove four screws (26), nuts (27), and extension harness (5) from detector bracket (3). 0776 00-2
