INITIAL SETUP: M a i n t e n a n c e L e v e l Unit T o o l s a n d S p e c i a l T o o l s General Mechanic’s Tool Kit (WP 0780 00, Item 29) Socket Wrench Set (WP 0780 00, Item 96) Torque Wrench (WP 0780 00, Item 100) M a t e r i a l s / P a r t s Grommet Lockwasher Lockwasher (2) P e r s o n n e l R e q u i r e d Unit Mechanic E q u i p m e n t C o n d i t i o n Engine stopped (see your -10) Carrier blocked (see your -10) Ramp lowered (see your -10) Battery ground lead disconnected (WP 0294 00) REMOVAL NOTE Tag all leads for later installation 1. Disconnect wiring harness (1) from distribution box (2). 2 . Rem ove tw o mo unting screws ( 3) and lo ckwash ers (4) fro m distribution b ox (2 ). Remo ve distrib ution bo x. D isca lockwashers. 3. Remove screw (5), lockwasher (6), and circuit 6B lead (7) from circuit breaker (8). Discard lockwasher. 4. Disconnect circuits 7B and 7C (9), 509A and 509B (10), and 509C and 509D (11) from terminal board (12). 5. Remove grommet (13) and harness (14) and (15) from distribution box (2). Discard grommet. 0773 00-1
