INITIAL SETUP: M a i n t e n a n c e L e v e l Unit T o o l s a n d S p e c i a l T o o l s General Mechanic’s Tool Kit (WP 0780 00, Item 29) M a t e r i a l s / P a r t s Locknut (8) P e r s o n n e l R e q u i r e d Power-Generation Equipment Repairer 52D10 E q u i p m e n t C o n d i t i o n Engine stopped (see your -10) Carrier blocked (see your -10) All external power disconnected (TM 11-7010-256- 12&P) Battery ground lead disconnected (WP 0294 00) REMOVAL 1. Disconnect UPS cable W42 (1) from connector (2) on DC power extension box (3). 2. Disconnect UPS cable W43 (4) from connector (5) on AC power extension box (6). 3. Disconnect cable W10 (7) from connector (8) on DC power extension box (3). 4. Disconnect cable W45 (9) from connector (10) on DC power extension box (3). 5. Disconnect cable W7 (11) from connector (12) on AC power extension box (6). 6. Remove eight locknuts (13), screws (14), and two power extension boxes (3) and (6) from mount (15). Discard locknuts. 7. Remove four screws (16), washer (17), and mount (15) from work station (18). 0735 00-1
