INITIAL SETUP: M a i n t e n a n c e L e v e l Unit T o o l s a n d S p e c i a l T o o l s General Mechanic’s Tool Kit (WP 0780 00, Item 29) Retaining ring pliers set (WP 0780 00, Item 45) M a t e r i a l s / P a r t s Corrosion preventive compound (WP 0782 00, Item 17) Lockwasher P e r s o n n e l R e q u i r e d Unit Mechanic E q u i p m e n t C o n d i t i o n Engine stopped (see your -10) Carrier blocked (see your -10) Ramp lowered (see your -10) REMOVAL 1. Remove hose assembly (1) from orifice connector assembly (2). 2. Remove retaining ring (3) from orifice connector assembly (2). 3. Remove orifice connector assembly (2) from mounting bracket (4). NOTE There are two methods of attaching bracket, washer, lockwasher, and nut. All parts may or may not be there, depending on mounting location. 4. Remove screw (5), lockwasher (6), two washers (7), nut (8), and mounting bracket (4). Discard lockwasher. 0692 00-1
