INITIAL SETUP: M a i n t e n a n c e L e v e l Unit T o o l s a n d S p e c i a l T o o l s General Mechanic’s Tool Kit (WP 0780 00, Item 29) M a t e r i a l s / P a r t s Lockwasher (4) Lockwasher Tie strap P e r s o n n e l R e q u i r e d Unit Mechanic E q u i p m e n t C o n d i t i o n Engine stopped (see your -10) Carrier blocked (see your -10) Battery ground lead disconnected (WP 0294 00) Master switch panel assembly opened (WP 0221 00) REMOVAL 1. Remove screw (1), lockwasher (2), and circuit 536 cable (3) from bus bar (4) in distribution box (5). Discard lockwasher. 2. Cut tie strap (6) that secures cable (3) to wiring harness (7). Discard tie strap. 3. Disconnect wiring harness (7) from control box (8). 4. Remove four screws (9), washers (10), lockwashers (11), and control box (8) from driver’s sponson. Discard lockwashers. 5. Remove four screws (12), washers (13), and cover (14) from control box (8). 6. Remove screw (15) and terminal of cable (3) from circuit breaker (16). Pull cable and grommet (17) from control box (8). 7. Install cover (14), four washers (13), and screws (12) on control box (8). 0683 00-1
