TM 9-2350-261-20-4 REPLACE M13 NBC HEATERS AND MOUNTS (M577A2 ONLY) — Continued 0672 00 INSTALLATION 1. Inst all operator ’s heaters ( 1), (2), and (3) on welded mounts ( 4), (5), and (6). Secure each heater w ith four screws (7), eight washers (8), and four new locknuts (9). 2. Install inlet and outlet hoses (10) and (11) and two clamps (12) on operator’s heater (1). Tighten clamps. 3. Install inlet and outlet hoses (13) and (14) and two clamps (15) on operator’s heater (2). Tighten clamps. 4. Install inlet and outlet hoses (16) and (17) and two clamps (18) on operator’s heater (3). Tighten clamps. 5. Install circuit 537C lead (19) on operator’s heater (1), circuit 537D lead (20) on operator’s heater (2), and circuit 537E lead (21) on operator’s heater (3). NOTE If frame was removed, see WP 0678 00. 6. Install hose (22) and circuit 579C lead (23) in frame (24). 7. Install frame on welded molding with six screws (25), 12 washers (26), and six new locknuts (27). 8. Install bracket (28) with switch assembly (29) on frame (24). Secure with two screws (30), four washers (31), and two new l ockn uts (3 2). 9. If either grommet (33) was removed, install new grommet on hose (34). 10. Install hose (34) with grommets (33) on frame (24). 0672 00-4
