TM 9-2350-261-20-4 REPLACE REAR ARMOR SHIELDS (M113A2 ONLY) — Continued 0668 00 INSTALLATION 1. Install pintle mounting plate (3) on cargo hatch cover (7). Secure with two flat washers (6), new lockwashers (5), and screws (4). 2. Install pintle socket (2) on pintle mounting plate (3). Secure with strap (1). 3. Install mounting arm (12) on hull. Secure with three flat washers (13), new lockwashers (14), and screws (15). 4. Install gun traverse restrictor (16) in hull (WP 0667 00). 5. If removed, install clip (17) on bracket (18) with two screws (19), washers (20), and new locknuts (21). 6. Install bracket (18) on hull. Secure with two flat washers (22), new lockwashers (23), and screws (24). 7. Secure strap (25) to bracket (18). 8. Install rear armor shield (26) in mounting arm (12). Secure with mounting arm locking clamp. 9. Install rear armor shield (26) on hull. Secure with two straps (27) and clamps (28). END OF TASK 0668 00-3/4 blank
