TM 9-2350-261-20-4 REPLACE COOLANT HEATER — Continued 0651 00 INSTALLATION 1. Install saddle mounts (1) on bracket (2). Secure with four nuts (3), washers (4), and screws (5). WARNING Adhesive, primer, sealant compounds, and isopropyl alcohol are toxic and flammable. These compounds are toxic to eyes, skin, and respiratory tract. Continued exposure can make you dizzy and irritate your eyes and throat. Always use in well ventilated areas, away from heat, sparks, and flames. Do not breathe fumes. Do not allow into contact with skin and eyes. Use goggles or face shield and protective gloves. 2. Apply sealing compound to threads of elbow (6), shutoff valve (7), tee (8), elbow (9), and bushings (10) and (11). 3. Install elbow (6) in heater (12). 4. Install hose (13) on elbow (6). Secure with clamp (14). 5. Install heater (12) on bracket (2). Secure with two clamps (15). 6. Install tee (8) in heater (12). 7. Install bushing (10) in tee (8). 8. Install shut off valve (7) in bushing (10). 9. Install bushing (11) in tee (8). 10. Install elbow (9) in bushing (11). 0651 00-3
