TM 9-2350-261-20-4 REPLACE COOLANT PUMP TO COOLANT HEATER WIRING HARNESS — Continued 0649 00 INSPECTION AND REPAIR 1. Check wiring harness continuity. Check leads for frayed or broken insulation or damaged terminal lugs. Repair harness as needed (WP 0312 00). INSTALLATION 1. Place wiring harness (1) on coolant pump (2). Install ground lead (3) and nut (4) on pump terminal (5). 2. Install circuit 402B lead (6) and nut (7) on pump terminal (8). 3. Install ground lead (3), new lockwasher (9), and new locknut (10) on coolant pump mount screw (11). 4. Install circuit 402B lead (6) and screw (12) on terminal 4 (13) of terminal strip (14). FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS 1. Connect battery ground lead (WP 0294 00). 2. Start coolant heater (see your -10). Check that wiring harness is installed right. Turn heater off. 3. Close power plant access door (see your -10). 4. Raise trim vane (see your -10). END OF TASK 0649 00-2
