TM 9-2350-261-20-3 REPLACE PERSONNEL HEATER FUEL PUMP (M1064 ONLY) — Continued 0601 00 INSTALLATION 1. Align clamp (1) on fuel pump lead (2) with hull bracket. Secure with two new lockwashers (3), screw (4), and nut (5). 2. Place fuel pump (6) on hull bracket. Secure with four new lockwashers (7) and two screws (8). WARNING Adhesive, primer, sealant compounds, and isopropyl alcohol are toxic and flammable. These compounds are toxic to eyes, skin, and respiratory tract. Continued exposure can make you dizzy and irritate your eyes and throat. Always use in well ventilated areas, away from heat, sparks, and flames. Do not breathe fumes. Do not allow into contact with skin and eyes. Use goggles or face shield and protective gloves. 3. Apply light coat of sealing compound to all external tapered threads. Do not apply sealant beyond small end of external tapered threads. 4. Install elbow (9) on fuel pump (6). 5. Install hose (10) on elbow (9). 6. Install tee (11) on fuel pump (6). 7. Install cap (12) on tee (11). 8. Install hose (13) on tee (11). 9. Connect fuel pump lead (2) to circuit 402 lead (14). 0601 00-3
