TM 9-2350-261-20-3 REPLACE PERSONNEL HEATER FUEL PUMP (M113A2 AND M1059) — Continued 0600 00 INSTALLATION 1. Place fuel pump (4) on bulkhead bracket. Secure with four new lockwashers (3), two washers (2), and screws (1). WARNING Adhesive, primer, sealant compounds, and isopropyl alcohol are toxic and flammable. These compounds are toxic to eyes, skin, and respiratory tract. Continued exposure can make you dizzy and irritate your eyes and throat. Always use in well ventilated areas, away from heat, sparks, and flames. Do not breathe fumes. Do not allow into contact with skin and eyes. Use goggles or face shield and protective gloves. 2. Apply light coat of sealing compound to all external tapered threads. Do not apply sealant beyond small end of tapered threads. 3. Install adapter (5) on fuel pump (1). Install hose (6) on adapter (5). 4. Install elbow (7) on fuel pump (1). NOTE If new hose assembly is being installed, reuse spiral tubing. 5. Install fuel supply hose (8) on elbow (7). 0600 00-3
