TM 9-2350-261-20-3 REPLACE 5.0 KW AUXILIARY POWER UNIT VALVE-TO-BULKHEAD FUEL SUPPLY HOSES (M577A2 AND M1068 ONLY) — Continued 0595 00 INSTALLATION NOTE Replacing a flareless fuel hose may also require a new mating fitting such as a nipple. 1. Connect fuel hose (2) to nipple (9) in bulkhead crossbeam. Route hose to rear of carrier. 2. Install clamp (7) on fuel hose (2). Secure clamps to weldnut on hull floor and to side of seat support with screw (5) and new lockwasher (6). Install new tie strap (8) around fuel hose (2) and other hose (3). 3. Secure fuel hose (2) to other hose (3) with nine new tie straps (4). 4. Secure fuel hose (2) to other hose (3) with six new tie straps (1). 5. Connect fuel hose (1) to elbow (2) on fuel shutoff valve (3). 6. Install two new tie straps (4) on fuel hose (1) and other hose (5). 0595 00-4
