TM 9-2350-261-20-3 REPLACE RAMP CYLINDER — Continued 0593 00 1. Loosen nut (1) on cylinder rod (2). Loosen nut (3) on cable (4). 2. Turn post (5) onto cable (4) until it clears cylinder rod (2). Remove nut (1) from rod. 3. Remove post (5) and nut (3) from cable (4). 4. Remove cotter pin (6) from clevis pin (7). Discard cotter pin. 5. Remove clevis pin (7) and ramp cylinder (8) from hull bracket. 6. Remove boot (9) from cylinder (8). CLEANING 1. Clean boot mating surface on cylinder with cleaning compound. INSTALLATION WARNING Adhesive, primer, sealant compounds, and isopropyl alcohol are toxic and flammable. These compounds are toxic to eyes, skin, and respiratory tract. Continued exposure can make you dizzy and irritate your eyes and throat. Always use in well ventilated areas, away from heat, sparks, and flames. Do not breathe fumes. Do not allow into contact with skin and eyes. Use goggles or face shield and protective gloves. 0593 00-2
