TM 9-2350-261-20-3 REPLACE RAMP CYLINDER BREATHER HOSE (ALL EXCEPT M1064) — Continued 0591 00 INSTALLATION WARNING Adhesive, primer, sealant compounds, and isopropyl alcohol are toxic and flammable. These compounds are toxic to eyes, skin, and respiratory tract. Continued exposure can make you dizzy and irritate your eyes and throat. Always use in well ventilated areas, away from heat, sparks, and flames. Do not breathe fumes. Do not allow into contact with skin and eyes. Use goggles or face shield and protective gloves. 1. Apply light coat of sealing compound to threads of adapter (5). Install adapter in ramp cylinder (6). 2. Install hose (4) on adapter (5). NOTE M577A2 carriers have five clamps, washers, and screws. 3. Install four clamps (3) on hose (4). Align clamps with box beam, hull weldnuts, and clamp on bilge pump discharge tube. Secure with four new lockwashers (2) and screws (1). FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS 1. Install rear floor plate (WP 0436 00, WP 0438 00, or WP 0441 00). 2. Start engine (see your -10). 3. Raise and lock ramp (see your -10). 4. Stop engine (see your -10). END OF TASK 0591 00-2
