TM 9-2350-261-20-3 REPLACE BULKHEAD CONNECTION TO RAMP CYLINDER HOSE — Continued 0590 00 REMOVAL WARNING Fire Resistant Hydraulic fluid (FRH) is toxic if absorbed through skin or ingested. Do not service hydraulic system when FRH is hot or pressurized. Wear gloves and avoid contact with skin. If FRH contacts skin, wash immediately with soap. If FRH gets into eyes, wash with lots of water for 15 minutes and get medical attention. If FRH is swallowed, get medical attention. 1. Disconnect tube (1) from elbow (2). 2. On M113A2 and M577A2 carriers, remove seven screws (3), lockwashers (4), and clamps (5) from hull weldnuts. Discard lockwashers. 3. On M1064 carriers, remove six screws (3), lockwashers (4), and clamps (5) from hull weldnuts. Discard lockwashers. 4. On all except M1064 carriers, remove hose (6) from elbows (2) and (7). Remove clamps from hose. Remove elbow (7) from ramp cylinder (8). 5. On M1064 carriers, remove hose (6) from elbow (2) and nipple (9). Remove clamps from hose. Remove nipple from ramp cylinder (8). 6. Remove jamnut (10) and elbow (2) from bulkhead. 0590 00-2
