Remove four screws (1), lockwashers (2), washers (3), and two mending plates (4) from housing (5). Discard lockwashers. 2. Remove four screws (6), washers (7), and shield (8) from ramp hatch (9). 3. Remove four screws (10), washers (11), housing (5), gasket (12), and vision block (13) from ramp hatch (9). Discard gasket. 4. Remove two screws (14), clamps (15), and shims (16) from ramp hatch (9). 5. Remove shaft (17), two spacers (18), and two springs (19) from shield (8). 6. Remove door (20) and preformed packing (21) from shield (8). Discard packing. 0571 00-1
