TM 9-2350-261-20-3 REPLACE RAMP LINKAGE (M577A2 AND M1068 ONLY) — Continued 0563 00 10. Remove arm (1) from connector (2) and key (3) from arm (1). NOTE Both sides are disassembled the same way. 11. Remove two supports (4), lever (5), and key (6) from arm (1). 12. Remove cotter pin (7), headed pin (8), and latch (9) from lever (10). Discard cotter pin. 13. Remove cotter pin (11), headed pin (12), and lever (10) from hull bracket. Discard cotter pin. 14. Loosen locknut (13). Remove adjusting screw (14) and locknut from plate (15). Remove locknut from screw. Discard locknut. 15. Bend back tabs on key washers (16). Remove two screws (17), key washers (16), and plate (15) from hull bracket. Discard key washers. 16. Bend back corner on square washer (18). Remove screw (19), square washer (18), and catch (20) from ramp. Discard square washer. CLEAN, INSPECT, AND REPAIR 1. Check arms, supports, latch, catch, and lever. Remove scratches and grooves with fine sandpaper. Replace parts that are worn or pitted. 0563 00-3
