TM 9-2350-261-20-3 REPLACE RAMP LINKAGE (M113A2, M901A1, AND M1059 ONLY) — Continued 0558 00 REMOVAL NOTE Some carriers are equipped with flat shaped ramp lock rods while other carriers are equipped with hex shaped ramp lock rods. They are removed and installed differently, as described below. NOTE Removal and installation of ramp linkage is the same for both sides of carrier. Text is for one side only. 1. Remove cotter pin (1), headed pin (2), and connecting link (3) from arm (4). Discard cotter pin. 2. Remove cotter pin (5), headed pin (6), and connecting link (3) from clevis (7). Discard cotter pin. NOTE Clevis (8) and one end of hex shaped rod (9) have left-hand threads. 3. Remove clevis (7) from flat shaped rod (10), or clevis (8) from hex shaped rod (9). 0558 00-2
