Remove four screws (1), lockwashers (2), and washers (3) from two strap retainers (4). Remove strap retainers from carrier. Discard lockwashers. 2. Remove four screws (5) and washers (6) from two latch brackets (7). Remove latch brackets from carrier. 3. Remove two cotter pins (8), washers (9), headed straight pins (10), torsion springs (11), and washers (12) from retainer latches (13) and latch brackets (7). Remove retainer latches from latch brackets. Discard cotter pins. 0549 00-1
