TM 9-2350-261-20-3 REPLACE MISSILE RACK (M901A1 ONLY) — Continued 0548 00 ASSEMBLY 1. Install four latches (18) on middle rack (12) and lower rack (11). Secure with 16 washers (17), screws (16), washers (15), and new locknuts (14). 2. Clean pad mounts with cleaning compound, solvent. 3. Apply adhesive to 20 missile pads (13), and install pads on upper rack (5), middle rack (12), and lower rack (11). 4. Install two shims (10) and rubber pads (9) on lower rack (11) and middle rack (12). Secure with four screws (8), washers (7), and new locknuts (6). 5. TIGHTEN FOUR SCREWS (8) TO 336-384 LB-IN (38-43 N·M) TORQUE. Use torque wrench and socket set. 6. Install two pins (4) on upper rack (5). 7. Install 20 tiedown straps (3) on missile rack. Secure with 14 headed straight pins (2) and new cotter pins (1). INSTALLATION 1. If removed, install two screws (1). 2. Install six shims (2) and clevises (3) on carrier. Secure with 12 washers (4), new lockwashers (5), and screws (6). Do not tighten screws. 0548 00-4
