Remove two screws (9), flat washers (10), rubber bumper (11), and three spacers (12) from mounting bracket (3). 5. Remove locknut (13), lockwasher (14), flat washer (15), and control handle (16) from mounting bracket (3). Discard locknut and lockwasher. INSTALLATION 1. Install control handle (16), flat washer (15), new lockwasher (14), and new locknut (13) on mounting bracket (3). 2. Install three spacers (12), rubber bumper (11), two screws (9), and flat washers (10) on mounting bracket (3). 3. Install locking pin assembly (8) on mounting bracket (3). 0544 00-2
