TM 9-2350-261-20-3 REPLACE DATAPLATES, STENCILS, MARKERS, AND DECALS — Continued 0511 00 INSTALLATION NOTE If carrier identification plate is being replaced, make sure replacement dataplate contains data that belongs to specific carrier. 1. Place old dataplate on hull so that holes in plate do NOT align with holes in hull. Using old dataplate as a template, drill four new holes. 2. Align new dataplate (1) with four new holes. Secure dataplate to hull with four new drive screws (2). 3. Check applicable stencil chart (WP 0512 00 - WP 0517 00) for location of stencil, and paint new stencil. See TM 43-0139. 4. Check applicable decal and marker chart (WP 0518 00 - WP 0522 00) for location of decal or marker (3). Remove backing from decal or marker and press on surface. END OF TASK 0511 00-3/4 blank
