TM 9-2350-261-20-3 REPLACE DATAPLATES, STENCILS, MARKERS, AND DECALS — Continued 0511 00 REMOVAL NOTE Dataplates and markers should be cleaned or replaced when they become too hard to read. NOTE Dataplates are secured to bulkheads with drive screws. 1. Remove heads of drive screws (1) from dataplate (2). Remove dataplate from hull. 2. Remove hard to read stencils with cleaning compound. 3. Remove hard to read or damaged markers and decals by scraping. CLEANING 1. Clean hull surface where dataplate, stencil, marker, or decal is to be applied with cleaning compound. 0511 00-2
