Push pin (1) down and remove cotter pin (2), washer (3), and pin from handle (4). Remove handle from cable reel holder (5). Discard cotter pin. 2. Remove two washers (6) and spring (7) from cable reel holder (5). 3. Remove screw (8), washer (9), and retainer (10) from cable reel holder (5). 0510 00-1
