Remove four cotter pins (11), washers (12), pins (13), and two plates (14) from platform (5). Discard cotter pins. CLEAN, INSPECT, AND REPAIR 1. Inspect parts for corrosion, distortion, cracks, breaks, and loose or missing parts. Repair or replace damaged, loose, and missing parts. ASSEMBLY NOTE Do Step 1 for M1064 only. 1. Align two plates (14) with platform (5). Secure with four pins (13), washers (12), and new cotter pins (11). 0491 00-3
