TM 9-2350-261-20-3 REPLACE/REPAIR RADIO OPERATOR’S SEAT (M1068 ONLY) — Continued 0489 00 ASSEMBLY 1. Install washer (18), spring (17), handle (10), and pin (16) on tube (9). 2. Install spring (14), tube (9), and rod (11) on pedestal (15). 3. Install tube (9). Push down on tube and lock handle (10) in the lowest position. 4. Hold rod (11) and install washer (13) and new locknut (12) on rod. 6. Install rack (4), two washers (3), screws (2), and new locknuts (1) on support plate (5). 0489 00-4 5. Install support plate (5), eight washers (8), four screws (6), and new locknuts (7) on tube (9). TIGHTEN SCREWS TO 80-90 LB-IN ( 9-10 N·M) TO RQUE. Use torque wrench.
