TM 9-2350-261-20-3 REPLACE/REPAIR OPERATOR’S SEAT (M1059 ONLY) — Continued 0488 00 INSTALLATION 1. Install cushion (1) and two retainers (2) on seat back (3). Secure with four screws (4). 2. Install cushion (5) and two retainers (6) on pan (7). Secure with four screws (8). 3. Install retainer (9) and two screws (10) on pan (7) and cushion (5). 4. Install seat belt (11) on bracket (12). Secure with screw (13), washer (14), and new locknut (15). TIGHTEN LOCKNUT TO 264-288 LB-IN (30-32 N·M) TORQUE. Use torque wrench and socket wrench set. 5. Install bracket (12) on box beam. Secure with two screws (16) and new lockwashers (17). TIGHTEN SCREWS TO 264-288 LB-IN (30-32 N·M) TORQUE. Use torque wrench and socket wrench set. 6. Install seat belt (18) on bracket (19). Secure with screw (20), washer (21), and new locknut (22). TIGHTEN LOCKNUT TO 264-288 LB-IN (30-32 N·M) TORQUE. Use torque wrench and socket wrench set. 7. Install four quick release pins (23) on seat bracket (19) and sponson bracket (24). END OF TASK 0488 00-5/6 blank
