TM 9-2350-261-20-3 REPLACE/REPAIR DRIVER’S SEAT POST ASSEMBLY — Continued 0483 00 6. Install two springs (1) on spool (2) and install on top of adjuster (3). Install pin (4) through spool. Secure with new cotter pin (5) and two washers (6). 7. Pry out two springs (1) and route under upper roller shaft. Extend springs 2-3 inches (51-76 mm) beyond roller shaft. 8. Install spring cover (7) on adjuster (3). Secure with one screw (8) and washer (9). 9. Place lower roller (10) inside top of post (11). Raise crank (12) and slide adjuster (3) down into post until holes in post line up with holes in springs (1). 10. Install support (13) on adjuster (3). Secure with four screws (14), washers (15), and new locknuts (16). 0483 00-6
