TM 9-2350-261-20-3 REPAIR DRIVER’S SEAT MOUNT (OLD CONFIGURATION) — Continued 0481 00 ASSEMBLY 1. Install four rollers (1) on seat support (2). Secure with four retainer rings (3). 2. Install three washers (4), spring (5), and straight pin (6) in seat support (2). Secure with two new spring pins (7). NOTE If handle (8) is replaced, use cam (9) as a template. Drill two 1/8 inch (3 mm) holes in handle for spring pins (7). 3. Install cam (9) and handle (8) in seat support (2). Secure with two new spring pins (7). 4. Install jamnut (10) and knob (11) on handle (8). Tighten jamnut to secure knob. 5. Place two torsion springs (12) on spool (13). Align spool with seat support (2). Secure with pin (14), washer (15), and new cotter pin (16). 6. Install cover (17) on seat support (2). Secure with screw (18). 7. Install seat support (2) in seat post (19). Align torsion springs (12) with seat post. Secure with two screws (20), washers (21), and new locknuts (22). 8. Align stiffener (23) with seat post (19). Secure with two screws (24) and new locknuts (25). 9. Install cap (26) on seat post (19). FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS 1. Install driver’s seat post (WP 0483 00). 2. Install driver’s seat (WP 0478 00).
