TM 9-2350-261-20-3 REPAIR CARGO HATCH LATCH (M901A1 ONLY) — Continued 0469 00 ASSEMBLY 1. Install housing (3) on hatch. Secure with four washers (8), new lockwashers (9), and bolts (7). 2 . TIGH TEN F OU R BOLTS (7 ) TO 12 0-1 44 LB-IN ( 14– 16 N·M) TO RQUE. Use torque wrench. 3. Install disk (6), spring (5), and shoulder pin (4) on housing (3). 4. Install shouldered stud (2) on housing (3). WARNING Adhesive, primer, sealant compounds, and isopropyl alcohol are toxic and flammable. These compounds are toxic to eyes, skin, and respiratory tract. Continued exposure can make you dizzy and irritate your eyes and throat. Always use in well ventilated areas, away from heat, sparks, and flames. Do not breathe fumes. Do not allow into contact with skin and eyes. Use goggles or face shield and protective gloves. 5. Apply sealing compound to knob (1). 6. Install knob (1) on handle (2) and housing (3). 0469 00-2
