ADJUST ACCELERATOR AND TRANSMISSION THROTTLE VALVE LINKAGE — Continued ADJUST GOVERNOR LINKAGE NOTE Before accelerator and governor throttle arm linkage adjustments can be made, engine governor idle speed must be correct. Start engine (see your -10). Check idle speed on t ach om et er. I f e ng in e d oes n ot id le wi th in ran g e of 65 0-700 RPM , notify y our supervisor to ha ve the engine governor idle speed and engine no-load speed set. 1.
