TM 9-2350-261-20-2 REPLACE T130 SPROCKET WHEEL ASSEMBLY — Continued 0382 00 5. If needed, repeat Steps 1 - 4 for other sprocket wheel assembly. CLEAN, INSPECT, AND REPLACE 1. Check cushions and sprockets for wear and damage. Replace if needed. INSTALLATION NOTE Make sure you use matching sprockets. New longer life sprockets are thicker and have one wear indicator on both sides of the sprocket teeth. Use as a set when replacing them on a sprocket wheel. 1. Place two cushions (1) on sprocket wheel (2). Center short flat areas between mounting holes in sprocket wheel rim. Press on cushion until firmly seated against flange of sprocket wheel. 2. Place two sprockets (3) on sprocket wheel (2). Secure with 20 new lock bolts (4). TIGHTEN LOCK BOLTS TO 110-115 LB-FT (149-156 N·M) TORQUE. Use torque wrench. 3. Install sprocket wheel assembly (5) on carrier. Secure with ten new lock bolts (6). TIGHTEN LOCK BOLTS TO 170-195 LB-FT (231-264 N·M) TORQUE. Use torque wrench. 4. Mark sprockets (3) and cushions (1) for rotation check after road test. 5. Place track on sprocket wheel assembly (5). 0382 00-2
