INITIAL SETUP: M a i n t e n a n c e L e v e l Unit T o o l s a n d S p e c i a l T o o l s Digital Multimeter (WP 0780 00, Item 42) General Mechanic’s Tool Kit (WP 0780 00, Item 29) M a t e r i a l s / P a r t s Locknut (8) Lockwasher (2) P e r s o n n e l R e q u i r e d Unit Mechanic E q u i p m e n t C o n d i t i o n Engine stopped/shutdown (see your -10) Carrier blocked (see your -10) Battery ground lead disconnected (WP 0294 00) Warning light panel assembly removed (WP 0253 00) REMOVAL 1. Disconnect circuit 37 lead (1) from utility outlet receptacle lead (2). 2. Slide shell connector (3) down lead (2). Remove slotted washer (4) from lead. Remove shell connector from lead. 3. Remove eight locknuts (5), washers (6), screws (7), and master switch panel (8) from distribution box (9). Discard locknuts. 0329 00-1
