TM 9-2350-261-20-2 REPLACE RIGHT HEADLIGHT WIRING HARNESS — Continued 0286 00 2. Install clamp (19) on harness (16). Secure clamp to hull weldnut (20) with screw (18). 3. Install harness (16) on three cradles (17). Secure with three cradle clips (15). 4. Thread two bushings (1) into hull. Secure with four nuts (2), new lockwashers (3), washers (4), and two washers (5). Do not tighten nuts. 5. Install spring washer (6), retainer (7), and bushing (8) into coupling (9). 6 . Locate serv ice headligh t and blackou t marker l igh t bushing ho le in hu ll. Slowly slid e co nnector lead s 1 7, 1 8, and 20 (10) through hole. Do not damage wiri ng leads. 7. Locate second bushing hole in hull. Slowly slide connector leads 25, 514, and 515 (10) through hole. Do not damage wiring leads. 0286 00-4
