TM 9-2350-261-20-2 REPLACE FRONT DOME LIGHT SWITCH (M577A2 AND M1068 ONLY) 0278 00 THIS WORK PACKAGE COVERS: Removal (page 0278 00-1). Installation (page 0278 00-2). INITIAL SETUP: M a i n t e n a n c e L e v e l Unit T o o l s a n d S p e c i a l T o o l s General Mechanic’s Tool Kit (WP 0780 00, Item 29) M a t e r i a l s / P a r t s Gasket Locknut (8) P e r s o n n e l R e q u i r e d Unit Mechanic E q u i p m e n t C o n d i t i o n Engine stopped/shutdown (see your -10) Battery ground lead disconnected (WP 0294 00) REMOVAL 1. Remove eight locknuts (1), washers (2), screws (3), and master switch panel (4) from distribution box (5). Discard locknuts. 2. Disconnect circuit 38 lead (6), circuit 38A lead (7), and circuit 10 lead (8) from rear of front dome light switch (10). 3. Remove two screws (9) and switch (10) from master switch panel (4). 4. Inspect gasket (11). Replace if damaged. 0278 00-1
